Fight Inflammation and Belly Fay With THIS Turmeric Coffee Creamer!

A miracle combination between lavender and coconut milk and turmeric can be a soothing coffee creamer that is really delicious both cold and hot.

Artificial sweeteners and ingredients that are needed for the delicious taste of popular coffees in the coffee shops are not needed. You need turmeric and lavender that comforts and rejuvenates.
Due to its thick creaminess and texture, coconut oil will provide a great base. Organic raw honey can be also added If you want some natural sweetness. The aromatic properties of lavender will soothe the senses and the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric will boost your organism.
Recipe:
Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking: 10 min
Serves: 1.5 cups
Ingredients:
  • A tsp of maple syrup or raw honey
  • ½ tsp of dried lavender buds
  • A tsp of ground turmeric
  • A can of full fat coconut milk
Make a mixture between the lavender buds, turmeric and coconut milk. Stir or blend it with a spoon more vigorously if you notice that the fat from the oil is apart from the liquid.
Pour the mixture in a saucepan over a low heat and when steaming, turn off the heat and let it stay for 10 min. Remove the lavender buds and strain the mixture.
Pour the cream in a jar and store it in the fridge for 2 hours until it becomes cold.
If you want a refreshing chilled drink, enrich your favorite coffee with an ice.
You can replace the turmeric and lavender with cinnamon and nutmeg in autumn. Combine a little peppermint extract and cocoa powder for a delicious peppermint creamer in winter!
